Refund policy

We want you to love your Biddle & Byre pieces. If you change your mind, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

To return, please email us at hello@biddleandbyre.com to request a returns form.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability; if your chosen size or item isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or damaged items:

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — postage costs covered.
